Building shareholder value is a primary objective at IVDesk and we achieve that goal by offering a time-tested, market-proven “all applications and data delivered” private cloud service. Then we back this offering with intense sales and marketing programs focused on expanding our share of the rapidly growing market of small-to-midsized businesses (SMB) moving their IT to the cloud. We are building a nationwide network of select sales partners and service providers who already have an

existing SMB customer base and understand the transition to the cloud. As a result, these IVDesk partners not only improve their business revenues and profitability, but customer satisfaction and client retention.

The financial model for IVDesk is built on monthly reoccurring revenue. We charge a monthly fee for each client user and have a history of long-term relationships driven by complete customer satisfaction. This allows us to focus our sales efforts on new partner/client acquisition, top-line revenue and market share growth.

  • Chuck Reese
    Chuck Reese Director, Chief Executive Officer

    Chuck brings over 25 years experience managing high-growth tech companies in the Twin Cities area. Prior to joining IVDesk, Mr. Reese served as President of Smartpress.com and The Bernard Group, Inc., growing overall revenue from $9 million in 2009 to $100 million in 2015. From 1996 to 2002, Chuck served as Director, President, and CEO for direct marketing company Technology Squared, and served on the original Board of Directors for Digital River. 

  • James J. Polakowski
    James J. Polakowski Director, President + COO

    As a Co-Founder of IVDesk, Jim provides three decades of expertise and diverse knowledge of complex IT systems. Prior to IVDesk, Jim served as the President of Focused Solutions Consulting (FSC) from 2001 until 2012, when it was acquired and evolved into the IVDesk we know today. Before his role with FSC, Jim was the Director of Technology at ACI Telecentrics, a publicly-held telemarketing firm, and also served as a Partner and System Architect at CSC Partners.

  • Bill McDonald
    Bill McDonald CFO + Controller

    Bill brings with him over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, the past 15 years spent exclusively in the information technology industry. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Augsburg College, a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and a Minnesota Certificate in Public Accounting. Most recently, as senior management for Digitiliti, he led the development of associated accounting systems, financial reporting, controls and investor relations functions.

  • Martin L. Dehen
    Martin L. Dehen VP Shareholder Services

    Marty began his career as a registered broker in the Minneapolis financial community, working with several local and regionally headquartered companies. Since 2001, he has focused his talents on helping early stage companies obtain financing through self-managed equity offerings and by serving as their Vice President of Shareholder Services. During his 30 year career, Marty has raised over $100 million dollars in venture capital, private equity and IPO’s for more than fifty companies.
